RcppClock: Seamless 'Rcpp' Benchmarking

Time the execution of overlapping (or not) 'Rcpp' code chunks using convenient methods, seamlessly write timing results to an 'RcppClock' object in the R global environment, and summarize and/or plot the results in R using 'RcppClock' methods.
